Here are the list of 11 Things You Need to Know When Starting Your Case.

After you pay the initial deposit, we will email an invitation to join our shared Dropbox folder. Please use this shared folder to view our prepared guides and to upload your evidence. There are specific subfolders inside the Evidence folder to assist you. If you have difficulty selecting the appropriate folder, it’s ok. Drop it in the main folder and we will take care of it for you. Make sure to be logged in using the email address that you provided us, not another email address. We encourage you to use this shared dropbox folder, instead of using email to provide evidence. This prevents anything from being misplaced.

Your point of contact is client advocate, Yessica. We use a shared inbox, so you can email her and our attorneys at Attorneys@JohnTingLaw.com. This means that one team member is not available, another team member may be available to reply to you. We save you time by using one email address.

Will I be able to review my forms?
Absolutely. We prefer that you review your forms for accuracy after our team reviews it. After you review it, then we will all feel comfortable to mail it to USCIS. After you click submit for review, our team reviews it for accuracy within 48 hours and will follow up with you about anything missing or not accurate.
When can I sign my forms?
We will email you the signature pages when we notify you to review your forms. You can still sign the pages, even if changes need to be made to save time. Please print, sign, scan, and upload to dropbox. USCIS does not accept electronic signatures.
When will my case be filed?
Our team goal is to file within 30 days of hire date, unless your selected plan stated otherwise. This requires teamwork from you also. We need your help with the questionnaire and uploading your evidence.
To maintain quality control, your answers and evidence are reviewed by at least 2 of our team members (one client advocate and one attorney) before being mailed out to make sure nothing is missing. Please keep in mind it could take us a bit longer to review because our software vendor may have a glitch when they update their system. This rarely happens, but it has.
 
How will I know it is mailed to USCIS?
When you sign the forms & pay our law firm the government fee, we will email you a tracking number.
When do I pay the government fee? 
You will need to pay this to our team when we ask you to sign the signature pages.
How do I pay it?
We recommend you Zelle or you can pay by check o credit card . If those options are not available, please contact us.
Absolutely. Please visit our website to self schedule an appointment. Select the follow up for current clients option. You will receive a confirmation email for the appointment.

When will I receive updates from you?
You will receive updates every time the government sends us a notice and in anticipation of the next step of your case. This may not necessarily be every month.
We will normally email you updates by regular text or quick video clips.

What if I do not receive a reply?
We try our best to reply within 24 hours if we receive the email during a weekday before 3 pm. However, if you do not receive a reply, please schedule an appointment on our website. We want to make sure you are updated and aware of the status of your case.
If you have been recently arrested, please tell us as soon as possible. Even though we do not practice criminal defense, we are here to help. We have a close network of criminal defense lawyers across USA. Of course, like any service, you need to conduct your own due diligence.

Entiendo que las reuniones y correos electrónicos son más eficientes que las llamadas telefónicas y no esperaré ser transferido al llamarles.   4. Participación y Puntualidad: Participaré activamente en mi caso. Me aseguraré de estar presente a tiempo en las reuniones agendadas.
  5. Responsivas: Cuando llame a la firma, esperaré una llamada de regreso dentro de 24 horas, con excepción de los fines de semana. Haré mi mejor esfuerzo por responder llamadas de la firma y les regresaré la llamada durante horas laborales si no logro contestar. Proporcionaré mi disponibilidad para evitar rebote de llamadas.
  6. Clarificación: Si no entiendo un email o información, haré preguntas.
  7. Timely Evidence Submission: I will provide evidence at least 2 weeks before the internal deadline to ensure timely filing of my case.
  8. Financial Commitment & Processing Times: I will honor my financial commitments to the firm monthly until the balance is complete, understanding that the process depends on government timelines.
