Para mejorar la resoluci\u00f3n de los casos de inmigraci\u00f3n que afectan a menores inmigrantes no acompa\u00f1ados, la diputada de Florida Mar\u00eda Elvira Salazar present\u00f3 recientemente una propuesta de ley para crear el Tribunal de Menores. El proyecto de ley exigir\u00eda que los jueces de los tribunales de inmigraci\u00f3n de menores recibieran una formaci\u00f3n especial sobre el tr\u00e1fico de menores, la pr\u00e1ctica del desarrollo y el trauma, y las herramientas de gesti\u00f3n de expedientes. El proyecto de ley exigir\u00eda que el Tribunal de Menores utilizara procedimientos adaptados a los ni\u00f1os para ayudar a garantizar que los ni\u00f1os comprendan los procedimientos, reciban un trato adecuado a su etapa de desarrollo y dispongan de tiempo suficiente para conseguir un abogado.
