USCIS aumentar\u00e1 la tasa de presentaci\u00f3n para el Formulario I-907, Solicitud de Procesamiento Premium. El ajuste aumenta ciertas tasas de procesamiento premium de $1,500 a $1,685, $1,750 a $1,965, y $2,500 a $2,805. El cambio de tasas entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 26 de febrero de 2024. Si USCIS recibe un Formulario I-907 con matasellos del 26 de febrero de 2024 o posterior con la tasa de presentaci\u00f3n incorrecta, rechazaremos el Formulario I-907 y devolveremos la tasa de presentaci\u00f3n.
