La SF 2340 autoriza a las fuerzas de seguridad locales a detener a inmigrantes que hayan sido deportados o expulsados del pa\u00eds, o a los que se haya denegado la entrada en el pasado. Tambi\u00e9n faculta a los jueces para ordenar que una persona sea devuelta al pa\u00eds desde el que entr\u00f3 en Estados Unidos. La ley tampoco proh\u00edbe que se acuse a menores. Los legisladores estatales aprobaron la ley el mes pasado y el gobernador Kim Reynolds la firm\u00f3, est\u00e1 previsto que entre en vigor el 1 de julio.
