Judge Kathleen Williams from Miami released a 14-page ruling that approved a petition for a temporary restraining order against the legislation, which was endorsed by the Republican-led Legislature and Governor Ron DeSantis in February. The legislation established state offenses for unauthorized immigrants who enter or re-enter Florida.
