The Trump administration was instructed by the court in a short ruling to refrain from releasing Venezuelans detained at the Bluebonnet Detention Center &#8220;until further order from this court.&#8221; The American Civil Liberties Union filed an emergency petition with the high court overnight, arguing that immigration officials seemed to be resuming removals under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act (AEA).
