El juez de distrito Fern\u00e1ndez Rodr\u00edguez consider\u00f3 que la afirmaci\u00f3n de Trump -que la banda venezolana Tren de Aragua estaba \"invadiendo\" Estados Unidos- carec\u00eda de pruebas y no cumpl\u00eda la definici\u00f3n legal de invasi\u00f3n seg\u00fan la AEA.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El juez dictamin\u00f3 que el presidente no puede declarar unilateralmente una invasi\u00f3n y eludir las protecciones del debido proceso utilizando una ley de tiempo de guerra del siglo XVIII en tiempos de paz.
