People have the right to sue anybody who intentionally breaches the U.S. or Illinois constitutions when enforcing civil immigration laws according to the Illinois Bivens Act. <br \/><br \/>In light of worries about the harsh methods employed during increased federal immigration enforcement in Illinois, it seeks to give people legal redress.
