He also oversaw removal operations for ICE in 2011 and 2012 after working for federal contractors, including one that specializes in security clearances and background checks.<\/div><div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-ab387183-5771-11f1-8ffa-e7466055e52e\">\u201cLast year was the most successful period for new business wins in our company\u2019s history,\u201d Geo\u2019s CEO George Zoley said during an earnings call last week.<br \/><br \/><\/div><div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-ab387185-5771-11f1-8ffa-e7466055e52e\">Geo owns and operates 23 ICE detention facilities, with about 26,000 available beds. Zoley also said that ICE\u2019s air transportation subcontract had continued to steadily increase and that it secured a new contract last year for electronic monitoring.<br \/><br \/><\/div><div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-ab387187-5771-11f1-8ffa-e7466055e52e\">There is too much focus on enforcement.
