Service Request: Adjustment of Status
At Green Card Guys Law Group, we offer three service levels because we are intentional with our services, such as the timing to file your case to the US government. Here are a few options of the cases that we accept. We accept other cases that are not shown here yet. After you click it, it will ask for your email. This allows us to verify you are not a bot.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our plans are Max which offers the most coverage, Pro is the most popular because it provides the most value for its pricing. Lite plan is generally reserved for those who have a tight budget.
Yes, you are welcome to start with a lower plan, but there is a deadline to upgrade – 120 days after hire date.
Yes, we accept payment plans. For cases that do not involve suing the government (mandamus) the monthly payment is $500 USD.
There are limited scenarios where our team can reduce the fee slightly. We accept limited cases per month because it allows us to meet our internal filing deadline. Our team is growing and we offer premier client service. An example where we can reduce our fee is when you filed a petition many years ago prior to hiring us and it is approvable based on your preparation or it has been approved, meaning we do not need to fix the petition by refiling it or responding to a Request for Evidence.
We accept payments by zelle, credit card and e-check. About 25 days after you pay the deposit, we require you to setup autopay with our link to Lawpay. We will share instructions on how to set it up. A team member is available to answer your questions when you get to that point.
After you pay the deposit, you will receive an email with a short video explaining the onboard steps as a new client with Ting Law Group. It is very important to watch this as it will share the experience and expectations of working with our team.
You will receive an email every day for the first 10 days. There is a lot of information to share on how to get started, so we share one a day.
Save our phone number 346-330-5888 so you will recognize when we call. The most common way we update you is by email – save our email addresses, so it does not go to your spam or promotions box.
Step 1 is to answer a few questions on the contact us page. It has a question if you want to receive a quote before a consultation. After you submit the form, it will take you to next page to self schedule an appointment with one of our attorneys. You are welcome to do that. It is not required if you do not believe it is necessary. Our team will review your answers and call you when you are available. If you do not answer, we will text you and email you if we need to clarify any information.

3 Ways We Can Help
Free Downloads for Our Guides and Resources to help you avoid some immigration problems.
We guide clients in several different situations,
1) from start to finish as a first-time applicant,
2) when people previously hired an attorney or notary and suffered a bad experience, 3) when the US government delays or denies your legal status, and
4) when US government rejects or issues Request for Evidence or Notice of Intent to Deny letters to you that have limited response time. We only allow meetings with serious requests to start your path to legal status.
Are you without a sponsor and considering options to enter USA that do not require a sponsor? Do not assume you have to get married to a US citizen. Reserve a spot in our limited-time webinars as they do not happen every day.
