USCIS Completes Second Random Selection from Previously Submitted Registrations for FY2024 H-1B Cap
USCIS announced that it has randomly selected, from the remaining FY2024 registrations properly submitted, a sufficient number of registrations projected as needed to reach the cap, and has notified all prospective petitioners with selected registrations from this round of selection that they are eligible to file an H-1B cap-subject petition for the beneficiary named in the applicable selected registration. USCIS stated on its website it selected 77,600 registrations in the second selection for the FY2024 H-1B cap.
