If you are not admitted to the District Courts that our team is admitted in, Ting Law Group is happy to guide you or your client to file a mandamus, APA violations, or other Federal action related to immigration. This may include reviewing your draft of complaint, filing the documents into Pacer, and making court appearances. We are currently admitted to practice in the Northern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, Southern District of Texas, Northern District of Illinois, District of Colorado, and the District of D.C.
