Background and Education
John Ting is a North Texas native who received his Juris Doctorate from The City University of New York School of Law. He began his legal career in the Immigration Department of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese in Newark, New Jersey. In 2012, John returned to Texas to establish his own practice, focusing on helping immigrants live and work legally in America by addressing unreasonable government delays.

Known as the Immigration Problem Solver™, John is dedicated to guiding immigrants through complex legal processes. His personal mission is to empower fellow lawyers to become better professionals and serve their communities effectively.
Awards and Recognitions
In 2010, John received an Equal Justice Award for his extraordinary contributions to underserved communities. Over the years, he has provided more than 400 hours of pro bono legal services and remains actively involved in community initiatives. His accolades include:
- 2016 Pro Bono of the Year – National Asian American Bar Association
- 2015 Community Service Award – Dallas Asian American Bar Association
- 2014 Outstanding Member of the Year – Dallas Asian American Bar Association
