Judge Blocks Obamacare for DACA
A federal judge in North Dakota stopped a rule from the Biden administration that permitted DACA recipients to enroll in health insurance via the Affordable Care Act. The decision pertains solely to the Republican-controlled states that initiated the lawsuit. The 19 states are Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
