Bill Biden Plan: Immigration Fee Refunds

According to internal government documents obtained by CBS News, the U.S. government will provide refunds to tens of thousands of unauthorized immigrants who are married to American citizens and had applied for a Biden administration program that was invalidated by federal court. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, known as USCIS, intends to reimburse the $580 application fee to approximately 94,000 individuals who applied, hoping to gain from the Biden administration’s policy called Keeping Families Together. The documents indicate that the total refunds are approximately $55 million.
