ALEXANDRIA OTTO​

D. Alexandria Lubans-Otto (Alex) has been practicing immigration law for more than 15 years. Prior to joining GCG, she was a Senior Immigration Attorney and a Managing Attorney for two non-profits assisting refugee communities and immigrant communities in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Area.  She was the 2023 Recipient of the Kentucky Bar Association Pro Bono Service Award.  Alex also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she teaches Immigration Law and Policy and Asylum and Refugee Law.  Alex led her own private, immigration practice for a decade, handling a broad spectrum of immigration cases.  She has represented clients before the immigration courts in Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Louisiana and New York.  She has represented clients in the Federal District Court in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  Originally from Colorado, Alex currently lives with her husband and pets in Northern Kentucky.
