Ariana Fuentes is originally from Mexico City, Mexico. As a fellow immigrant, she understands the importance of each client’s immigration case and can guide you through the process as someone who has experienced it personally. She has successfully represented clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S.Department of State, and immigration courts across the United States.
Ariana obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a native Spanish speaker and has worked extensively with many immigrant communities.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the . Ariana works as a mentor to young aspiring attorneys through mentoring programs like Law School Yes We Can! and Minds Matter.
