Teresa, a young Permanent Resident originally from Vietnam, had missed two USCIS biometrics appointments while trying to renew her green card—appointments that could have saved her hundreds in fees, since she was under 14 at the time.

On January 6, 2025, Teresa successfully attended her biometrics appointment—this time, with full support and reminders from our team. And finally, on April 15, 2025, her new green card arrived in the mail. Teresa now has the peace of mind of valid residency through March 2035
