Our client’s fiance in Mexico got a 221g on her day of interview in 2021. We submitted proof the officer needed. Proof that she started Divorce proceedings before her ex-husband was incarcerated & more evidence. The officer was concerned about the prior illegal activities of ex-husband. There have been several date changes on the CEAC tracker. Our client has health issues and needs his fiance in the U.S. for medical procedures. This is delaying everything. She also got a family visa taken away when she visited him.
