Saejung Lee serves as Of Counsel at GreenCardGuys Law Group, representing clients nationwide. She has over 20 years of experience in humanitarian, family-based, and employment-based immigration matters, including asylum, hardship waivers, VAWA, U visas, family petitions, and employment-based petitions such as O-1, EB-1, and NIW for extraordinary ability professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, and artists.
Saejung earned her B.A. with honors in Anthropology from the University of Chicago (1997) and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She began her immigration work with the Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where she trained prosecutors, law enforcement, and community organizations on immigration protections for survivors of trafficking and violence.
She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Her practice is shaped by her commitment to accessibility, education, and client-centered advocacy, values that align with the mission of GreenCardGuys to help individuals and families navigate the immigration process with confidence.
