What is H-1B Visa Registration Process?
.Back in 2020, an electronic registration process for the H-1B cap was implemented. Now prospective petitioners and beneficiaries must first register and pay the fee ($10) electronically.
The H1-B electronic registration process aims to reduce paperwork and save costs to prospective petitioners.
The authorized representatives as well as the prospective petitioners are able to complete the whole registration process that requires only basic information. An initial registration process takes place for around 14 days each fiscal year. Only those applications submitted properly, will be eligible to file for H-1B cap-subject petitions.
How to Register
The first step will be to create an USCIS account.
Registration period for 2022 will begin on march 9 and go until March 25. It is until March 9 when both representatives and registrants can create an complete the H-1B visa registrations.
Registrants shall submit their company infomation as part of their registration if they’re submitting by their own.
If you are a representative that already has an account, please do not create a new account.
What type of account should I create?

If more than one registration per beneficiary per fiscal year is submitted, USCIS will remove all registrations for that beneficiary.
