  • Call new clients to onboard them and welcome them and share what to expect
  • Update clients with information from team by calling them
  • Call clients after receiving document  
  • Call or email clients at each stage of the case.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues shared by the client
  • Update call notes on our case software called Clickup.com
  • Confirm legal strategy with attorneys
  • Write cover letters
  • Review forms for data accuracy
  • Organize documents
  • Ask for feedback to leads and clients
  • Evaluates problematic cases and proactive provides strategies and/or solutions to issues, partnering with Attorney as needed.
  • Prepares forms, letters, documents and correspondence for attorney review
  • Manages status of all filed applications and petitions and finalizes documents after attorney review.
  • Utilizes document and data management systems to prepare, monitor, and record all aspects of client casework 
  • Shares case update with client and assigned attorney at the appropriate milestones.
  • Performs research to obtain information such as background on a company or industry, current prevailing wages, process, and procedures
  • Initiates contact with government agencies to obtain necessary information; alerts attorney regarding potential process delays/problems and ensures these are addressed and resolved.
  • Provides the information people need to know to do their jobs and to feel good about being a member of the team. Provides individuals information so that they can make accurate decisions. Is timely with information.
  • Can establish clear directions. Distributes the workload appropriately to attorneys.
  • Collaborates with Cares team for information.
  • Clear communicator verbally and through our systems
  • Native or Near-Native fluency in both Spanish and English is a MUST (written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in a sales environment or hospitality field preferred
  • Cheery and positive attitude
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication
  • Strong customer-service skills
  • Ability to multitask with interruptions in a fast paced environment
  • Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
  • Ability to relate to individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Willingness to learn and be open to change
  • High School Diploma or GED
 
LEVEL 1: 2 years or less U.S. business immigration experience.
LEVEL 2: At least 2-4 years U.S. business immigration experience.
LEVEL 3: At least 5+ years U.S. business immigration experience.
