Lovely couple filed fiance petition on April 2021. Many steps later, fiance had interview in late December 2022 in Warsaw, Poland. The interview went well the officer said “she didn’t need to worry and she was going to be fine.” Most of the questions were about his job. The clients were concerned if the government could ask for more time for background checks or other delays before refusing the visa. Our team allayed their concerns.  This couple spoke with other attorneys about mandamus and decided to allow us to file their lawsuit. We filed the lawsuit within the timing of our service plan, by mid July 2023. At this point, the case had been in admin processing for about 7 months. Fast forward, the fiance visa was issued mid September 2023. By the way, the Embassy did not ask for anything. Now, this lovely couple can spend rest of their lives together.
