Simon Safir, Of Counsel ​

Simon Safir is a North Texas native who received his Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law.  Simon spent time with numerous organizations, including the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association with the Guardian Ad Litem division and the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services with the Litigation department. As a first generation born American, Simon grew up with immigrant parent-values, working in the family business from the young age of 6.  His parent’s involvement in their local community, passion for traveling, and interaction with various cultures were passed down and continue with him today.

Simon has moderated panel discussions, including the inaugural Florida Law Schools’ Consortium for Racial Justice discussing “Civil Rights Litigation and Coalition Building in the 21st Century.”

Simon passed the Texas Bar Exam on his first attempt, scoring in the top 10%, according to historical data.
